Exercises can be classified either as compound or isolation exercises. Both are excellent depending on what type of exercise you want to do and what you want to achieve etc…
Compound exercises involve more than one muscle group and incorporate movements that use multiple joints at one time. When you perform compound exercises more muscle groups are recruited and used per action.
