SheBrisbane invites you to its first International Women’s Day Lunch to celebrate Brisbane and the world’s women. The lunch includes an entree’ and main course as well as a beverage on arrival. Shortly we will announce our guests panelists who will be interviewed by SheBrisbane’s Alexandria Bernard.
Funds raised from our raffles and silent auctions will go to The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation.
International Women’s Day is celebrated across the world and is a global champion for women and girls. UN Women is the United Nations entity are responsible for promoting women’s empowerment and gender equality and was established to accelerate progress to meet the needs of women and girls worldwide.
The campaign theme for this years International Women’s Day is #BeBoldForChange Call on the masses or call on yourself to help forge a better working world – a more inclusive, gender equal world!
