#SheSociety had the chance to try delicious Thai restuarant – Phat Elephant – and let us tell you, it did not disappoint!
Phat Elephant is your go-to for authentic Thai street food with amazing cocktails in the beautiful Post Office Square of Brisbane’s CBD!
Walking in, you are instantly felt at home with the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Phat Elephant offers a casual blend of authentic Thai street food with relaxed sit-down dining, offering a vast range of dishes for a reasonable price point. From classic Thai salads like Larb and Som Tum to the familiar Pad Thai.
To start we had the sweet/spicy and full of flavour Pork & Prawn Dumplings with an old favourite of Vegetarian Spring Rolls which was done so well.
The menu offered an amazing curated mix of flavours, showcasing something for everyone with plenty of share options.
For our mains we ordered the Red Duck Curry with Pineapple & Lychee, Chicken Pad See Ew & Coconut Rice. The curry was a mix of classic Thai flavours modernised with a perfect blend of spicy and sweet with the pineapple and lychee.
