5 Fun Activities That Are Actually Fitness In Disguise

If you are trying to get fit, but find it more of a chore than a lifestyle, check out the below activities that are actually exercise in disguise!

1- Rock Climbing. Get a whole body workout and some strength in you muscles by doing rock climbing. You can go at your own pace and it isn’t as expensive as you might think.

2- Paddle Boarding. Perfect for a summer’s day, gliding along the water and having a quick dip here and there. The burn in your arms afterwards is totally worth it.

3- Axe Throwing. Yes, this is a thing and I am so glad it is. Relieve some stress, hit a bullseye and give your arms a great work out all at the same time!

4- Golf Driving Range. If you aren’t into the whole axe thing, head out to a golf driving range and smack golf balls as far as you can. It is a great stress reliever, and you don’t have to try and find the ball afterwards!

5- Walking Tour. Most cities have free walking tours, which are a great way to learn about your hometown and find small gems that you might have never known about. Simply research free walking tours in your location and head along!
