When dinner time arrives deciding on the meat, fish or vegetarian main option is the easy part. But deciding what side dish to serve can be tricky, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
I love salads as side dishes and I always put a few easy dips or vegetables options with it.
These options are so quick, easy and healthy.
- Chopped Cabbage with only olive oil, cumin seeds, apple vinegar, garlic and a pinch of salt (better to sit for an hour before serving).
- Cherry tomatoes with mango dressed in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper (the mix of sweet and sour in this dish is delicious)
- Chopped carrots with beetroot dip (1 x 450g can of baby beetroot, drained, (1 cup) of Greek Yoghurt, squish fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
