I sometimes eat this combination after a hard workout as this delicious salad is so refreshing and super easy to throw together with just a handful of ingredients.
– 1/4 of a rockmelon
– 50g of feta cheese
– hand full of baby spinach
– hand full of wild rocket
– 2 slices of ham cut into small pieces
– half avocado (optional)
