If I have to choose one part of the body that I love to workout most, I must say it’s the abdominal area, as a mother I know our tummy is a top concern for women after having a baby, also when the beach beckons and you just want to be in swimsuit shape.
If you’re feeling a little flabby around the middle, or just want to do a little toning up, let these tips be your guide.
- Drink 2L of water daily
- Eat more fiber, especially soluble fiber
- Take probiotics
- Do some cardio
- Eat a healthy balanced diet
- Avoid sugar and fizzy drinks
- Do Pilates
It’s very important to do abdominal workouts to tone up the stomach area and here’s an example of an ab workout that I do with my clients four times a week, one minute for each exercise.
