On Wednesday night, more than a hundred guests enjoyed a few glasses of sparkling and a screening of the film La Belle Epoque, at the launch of the 2020 Alliance Francaise French Film Festival at Palace James St. The national event, which runs from March 18 to April 14 in Brisbane, features a stupendous selection of 49 contemporary and classic French films, and is the largest French Film Festival in the world, outside of Cannes.
