Tell us a little bit about yourself – who you are and what you do
Thank you so much for having me. My name is Casey-Lee Lyons. I’m a Brisbane based nutritionist and naturopath, recipe developer, mum to my toddler Gracie and founder of the health and wellness brand Live Love Nourish, which specialises in healthy, whole food recipes, nutrition and lifestyle advice and the Live Love Nourish 8 Week Online Program designed to help others to live and feel their healthiest self.
What did you want to be when you were a child?
When I was younger I wanted to be a writer, a tennis player or a mum.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of becoming a mum!
Which person inspires you the most?
My daughter, who is just turning 2 is my inspiration. Her enthusiasm and love for life and others is inspiring.
What drives you?
My passion is to help others enjoy a healthy and happy life is what drives me every day. I truly believe we all deserve to feel our healthiest and best and it’s a joy to be part of other’s health and wellness journeys.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given and by whom?
To listen to your heart. My mum always asked us growing up “what does your heart say?” I believe that if you follow your heart and do what feels right and true for you you can’t go wrong.
Quote to live by?
I live by my business’ philosophy to, “live the real you, love truly and deeply and nourish from the inside out.”

- Publish a cook book

What’s next for you?
I hope to next expand my business Live Love Nourish and aim to publish a recipe book. Expanding my 8 week online program is my focus at present. I created the program to inspire others to nourish their body with 8 weeks of healthy meal plans, easy recipes and nutrition and lifestyle guides. The program is designed to help increase energy, find your natural weight, improve gut and digestive health, balance hormones, curb sugar cravings and to develop a healthy relationship with your body and nourishing it with real food. My current focus is to further share this online program as it has helped many people make incredible changes in their lives and I hope to help many more to feel healthier and happier.
What’s your greatest regret?
Not taking the leap to begin my own business sooner. Sharing my passion and helping others whilst working for myself is very rewarding, in many ways.
What is the key to your happiness?
Family time and being in the kitchen creating healthy recipes.
Where is your favourite place to long lunch with friends in Brisbane?
Hatch and Co (New Farm)
What are your 3 favourite Brisbane cafe’s you like to visit when you are craving your morning coffee?
3 great Brisbane cafes with amazing breakfast would have to be Miss Bliss (West End), Wilde Kitchen (Teneriffe), Mondo Organics (West End).
