COVID has brought tall Australian women an exciting surprise with the return of former Brisbane marketing director Marina Cid and her range of ballet flats exclusively for tall feet, in sizes EU39 to 46.
Having successfully launched her label Chiqui Alta (chee-kee al-tah) in Valencia in February this year, the pandemic outbreak and a strict 60-day lockdown with her family forced her to make the decision to return to her native Brisbane, earlier than planned.
While in Spain, Ms Cid developed a luxury line of ethically produced, handmade ballet flats, for tall women, crafted in a small village close to her Spanish home.
With her shoes now in Australia and safely in hand (or ready to be on foot), Chiqui Alta is launching its Australian operations.
