The Oscars have crept up again, highlighting the best of the best in the film industry. Favourites for the night include Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Gary Oldman for Darkest Hour and Francis McDormand for Three Billboards.
Australian nominations include Margot Robbie for I, Tonya, The Eleven O’Clock by Derin Seale and Josh Lawson and Lee Smith who received a nomination for his editing work on Dunkirk.
The She Society office has a sweepstakes running on the Oscars and though there were many varying opinions we all agreed on the film Wonder for Best Makeup and This Is Me from The Greatest Showman for Best Original Song.
42% of the team voted for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing for Best Picture, while 71% voted for Gary Oldman for Lead Actor and 57% for Frances McDormand for Lead Actress.
