Skipping breakfast can set you up for overeating later in the day, make you tired and lead to poor food intake. A healthy morning meal is underrated. It gives you energy, satisfies your appetite and sets you up for good food choices throughout the day.
I always alter the choice of my breakfast depending on my schedule and appetite. On a normal rush busy day I start my day with green tea, as it’s an excellent source of powerful antioxidants and my favourite fruit and seeds bowl which takes only 2 minutes to make.
-125gm of Blueberries
-6 big strawberries cut in small pieces
-Hand full of sunflower seeds
-Full spoon of chia seeds
-4 big spoons of Greek yogurt
-Sprinkle of cinnamon
