Unless you’ve been living under a rock recently, you’ve heard all about the upcoming wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. With just over a week until the event of the year is here, what perfect way to relive their love story than through an unofficial and unauthorised Lifetime movie, Harry and Meghan: The Royal Love Story.
Airing in the US on May 13, the film looks to be a total deep dive into the love story of the royal couple, from meeting on a blind date in London to their engagement in late 2017.
The film will also include appearances by the rest of the royal family including Queen Elizabeth, Prince William, Kate Middleton and even the late Princess Diana.
“The film will examine the history of Prince Harry (Murray Fraser) and Meghan Markle (Parisa Fitz-Henley) from the moment they met after being set up by friends, through their initial courtship when they were able to keep their romance under wraps, and ultimately the intense global media attention surrounding their relationship and Meghan’s life as a divorced American actress,” Lifetime says of the movie.
You can anticipate to watch the film on Channel Seven as they have bought the rights, though no air date is confirmed.
