This week #SheBrisbane had a chance to check out Junk in Coorparoo, nestled under the brand new Dendy Cinemas in Coorparoo Square on Old Cleveland Road.

Born in Maroochydoore, Junk now have locations in Toowoomba, Broadbeach and South Bank, making it accessible to all in Queensland.

Walking in, the SheBrisbane team instantly felt at home with the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

With small plates starting at $5 to the highest priced dish at only $18, Junk food is designed to share which is perfect if you are someone who loves to taste a bit of everything.

Their influences in their meals include Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian and chinese, with all their food made from locally sourced ingredients and the option to choose your meal to be made low in gluten, vegetarian and vegan.

The SheBrisbane team were absolutely spoiled with bubble tea, edamame, pork bao, dumplings, duck spring rolls, lamb rendang curry and gangnam fries.

We already have the team lined up for our next dinner and drinks, with their expansive drinks menu offering beers, ciders and wines with an option to add a hit to your bubble tea with gin or vodka.

Junk is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week- 11am till 10pm.
