2019 Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival presented by TAB has officially launched, with Queensland’s most spirited event returning to the track in just over three weeks.
From May 11, Australasia’s best sprinters will descend upon Brisbane in front of packed crowds to relish in a racing programme like no other in the country. The Carnival will see TV presenter, Sammie O’Brien, Home and Away star, James Stewart and media personality, Phoebe Burgess rubbing shoulders with punters and socialites alike. Australian singer-songwriter, Guy Sebastian and musical legend, Daryl Braithwaite will fly in to feature as headline performers at TAB Stradbroke Day and TAB Doomben 10,000 Day, respectively.
Recently dubbed one of the world’s best sprint races, TAB Doomben 10,000 Day will kick off the carnival with a $1.6 million contest with the world’s best weight-for-age races. Not to be missed, KIRIN Stakes Day will see the highly anticipated return to Eagle Farm on May 25 with the biggest day in Queensland racing, TAB Stradbroke Day closing the Carnival.
