Crispy Pork Banh Mi
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients
50 ml lime juice
¼ cup mayonnaise of your choice
8-10 fluffy white rolls
1 carrot julienned
1 Lebanese cucumber julienned
½ cup (loosely packed) each mint
Vietnamese mint
Coriander
3 spring onions shredded thinly sliced diagonally

Method
1. Julienne carrot and cucumber, squeeze with fresh lime to dress and set aside.
