- Free outdoor health and wellbeing classes held at Brisbane’s South Bank Parklands have returned
- To celebrate the series, Medibank Live Better Ambassador Tim Robards to host free class
The Medibank Feel Good Program is back in Brisbane’s vibrant South Bank Parklands this Autumn, with the launch of a brand-new series of free outdoor health and wellbeing classes.
From pilates to gong meditation and drumming circles, to yoga and beyond – the Medibank Feel Good Program is free to everyone until the end of May.
The Autumn series lineup includes a range of mood-boosting and wellness-enhancing activities including body combat karate, Wing Chun, salsa and samba, ballroom dance, hula fit, cooking demos, tai chi, silent disco, dance, mindful art, meditation, beach fitness and more. It’s the largest mix of classes in the program’s history.
All classes follow a unique theme each month, featuring fitness classes as well as unique lifestyle sessions run by qualified instructors – for the month of May, the theme is balance.
From beginner to expert, classes cater to all levels of fitness or experience, and attendance is entirely free of charge. The program is expected to welcome upwards of 10,000 people across the year.
To celebrate the series, Medibank Live Better Ambassador, Australian media personality and health and wellbeing icon Tim Robards, will be hosting a free workout class on Saturday 6 May at Flowstate, South Bank Parklands.
Attendees of Tim’s class can expect a fun and uplifting workout with participants of all fitness levels encouraged to join.

Medibank Live Better Ambassador, Tim Robards says, “In Queensland, May is a perfect time to get outside and get active in the Brisbane South Bank Parklands. I’m looking forward to hosting my class, and can’t wait to connect with the community as we all come together to get active outdoors.”
