As Christmas decorations hit the shops and festive ads hit TVs, ING will reveal that over $400 million was spent on unwanted gifts last year.
This year, Aussies are dreaming of a ‘green’ Christmas with more than half (57%) the nation saying they’ll be giving sustainable gifts and nearly a quarter (23%) preferring a socially-conscious or eco-friendly present under their own tree.
ING has launched the Good Gift Creator – a compilation of sustainable and socially-conscious presents from Aussie entrepreneurs supported by the ING Dreamstarter initiative.
