Tequila Don Ramón range is 100% Agave Azul Tequilana Weber from the Altos de Jalisco. Casa Don Ramón sets their facilities to classical music during the fermentation process to positively react to the yeast; stimulating the aroma and bouquet of their distillates.
Their facilities have the ability to split oxygen atoms to convert them into OZONE O3. Instead of air, Casa Don Ramón uses ozone to give a unique smoothness to the tequila, eliminating the spiciness and astringency in our distillates. Tequila Don Ramón makes the most of raw materials with high-level machinery that allows Casa Don Ramón to extract the liquid from the raw pineapple. On average it takes 8 kilos of agave to obtain 1 litre of tequila, yet Casa Don Ramón uses approximately 5 kilos, offering a more sustainable production method.
